In 1960, Patrice Gautier and his wife Annick founded the GAUTIER company. They are embarking on the adventure of children's beds. Alone in a non-existent market, our family business is growing quickly.

In 1990, the Gautier group created the GAUTIER OFFICE brand, a brand dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of professional offices particularly intended for SMEs, local authorities and liberal professions.

This complementary offer allows us to offer professionals functional and durable furniture for all work spaces.

Today, the Gautier group is present everywhere in France (of course) but also in many countries, on almost all continents! Always with the same passion for manufacturing French furniture, designed to last.

How do we achieve this? By paying close attention to every detail, at every stage of our manufacturing process.

The challenge of eco-design: Sustainable manufacturing starts with choosing the right wood, of course. But it also involves every detail designed to reduce our impact—water-based adhesives, the most neutral solvents possible, sturdy construction to stand the test of time, and timeless design. We create desks that respect the environment while staying with you for years to come!

• 50% recycled wood: The wood panels used in our furniture include recycled wood from offcuts, thinning wood, and old furniture. By giving value to this raw material, we take another step toward a circular economy and resource conservation.

• Waste recovery: 95% of our wood waste is repurposed. For example, sawdust from the production process is used as heating energy. And since we want our commitment to extend to you, the materials in our furniture are easily separable, making sorting and recycling at the end of their life cycle easier.

With us, every detail matters… Convinced of the durability of our Gautier Office products, we guarantee them for 3 to 5 years, depending on the collection and their function. They are designed in compliance with European and French standards and can withstand multiple assemblies and disassemblies without compromising quality.
